Delete My Data
You can request deletion of your HealthWizard account and data at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed.
How to request deletion
Send an email to support@warky.dev from the email address registered to your HealthWizard account, with the subject "Delete my data". Include your registered email address in the body so we can verify the request.
What happens next
- Access revoked immediately. Your account access is revoked as soon as the request is verified.
- Live data deleted. Your personal and health data is deleted from production storage.
- Minimal record kept. We keep only the minimum evidence needed to show the request was received and handled.
- Backups age out. Data that remains only in encrypted backups is removed when those backups expire under our retention schedule (maximum five years) — it is not restored into production after that point.
We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days of verification.
Data on your device
HealthWizard is offline-first: your medication and health records are also stored locally, encrypted, on your device. Uninstalling the app removes this local copy. Uninstalling alone does not delete your account or any data already synced to the server — submit a deletion request as described above for that.
Health Connect access
If you granted HealthWizard access to Android Health Connect, you can revoke that access independently at any time from Health Connect's own "connected apps" settings, or from within HealthWizard's Health Connect settings screen. Revoking access stops future imports; it does not by itself delete data already imported into HealthWizard — include that in your deletion request if you want it removed too.
